Start
Key scene 1: Plain black screen which last for 1 second. On this blank frame, there is a digital font style text with a non- diegetic sound of keyboards being pressed which is in sync with the appearing texts. It will say in Japanese characters “In Japan Oaska, an unknown drug test is currently taking place by an unqualified doctor who goes by the name of Yamazaki. One foreign student has been kidnapped and is believed to Yamazaki’s first experiment. Please stay safe in your neighbourhood and report to the police if in suspicion of any related activity. ". (10 second)

Key scene 2: Black screen fades out (1 second) as the non-diegetic ambient sound of the outside car park setting appears and the scene transitions to a high angle shot, the camera will be looking down at the concrete floor for 2 seconds. The ambient sound is interrupted by a diegetic foot step, which is the protagonist foot entering the frame (1 second) as the non- diegetic humming background music is in sync with the foot step and the heavy breathing of the protagonist fills the sound. As the protagonist is running the camera tilt up to the protagonist body stopping at mid long shot. (3 seconds)

Key scene 3: Point of view shot of the protagonist running, while the camera is unsteady and shaking in sync with the heavy breathing of the protagonist. Non- diegetic background music is still playing. (2 second).

Key scene 4: Cuts to a flash back, static, pixelated transition (1 second) Continuing the point of view shot, the camera lens is out of focus and the lenses closes and opens as if the protagonist is getting back his conscious (1 second) The protagonist would be on a bed so from his point of view the camera will be showing the ceiling. Non diegetic static noise will be continuously interrupting. (Low angle) And a figure appears looking down at the protagonist, high key light at the background. Only non-diegetic static white noise is being heard. (3.5 seconds)

Key scene 5: Camera cuts back to the running scene. Point of view of the protagonist running and looking back and then suddenly back to third person. The camera is on the protagonists left side. This will be in a fast pace short take. The background, breathing and foot step sounds are still continuing in this scene. (2 seconds)

Key scene 6: cuts back to the flash back, static, pixelated transition (1 second), continuing point of view. Camera slowly comes to focus, continuing the flashback scene. The figure turns into a doctor with mask on and white jacket talking across the bed to another doctor. Non- diegetic white nose is continuous and the diegetic sound of the doctors talking is mumbled and unclear. (1-2 seconds)

Key scene 7: cuts to protagonist point of view; running, continuing the heavy breathing sound and non-diegetic background music. (1 second)

Key scene 8: Non-diegetic static white noise appears again and back to flashback. (Point of view) Low angle shot of the main doctor holding up and injection and coming close to the protagonist. (1.5 seconds) Non- diegetic scream Sound bridges to the next scene. (Scream last for 1 second)

Key scene 9: Jump back to point of view running scene in the car park and the background music, heavy breathing and footstep sounds increases, meanwhile, the protagonist point of view trips. Protagonist falls to the floor on their knees with both palms on the floor. Point of view: * concrete floor with the protagonist hands on the floor* exaggerated breathing sound is in sync with the camera motioning the protagonist body (1.5 seconds) Suddenly camera focus fades in and out and silence fills the scene. (2 seconds)

Middle:
Key Scene 10: The protagonist looks down at their left hand which is on the floor and the camera lens again goes in and out of focus until the hand is raised off the ground. In the background there is silence but overlaid with the non diegetic sound of the protagonists shallow breathing. But this shallow breathing quickens in pace as the protagonist turns their left hand round so the wrist is facing the camera lens focusing on the mark on the wrist (the veins are very blue and the skin around the wrist area is bruised). This will be a medium close up shot. With the right hand of the protagonist, they touch there right hand delicately but make a ‘hiss’ sound (diegetic) to show that they’re in pain. (10 seconds)

Key Scene 11: 3 second after the ‘hiss’ sound, slowly in the frame a foot can be seen coming into view as both hands fall back to the ground with the palms touching the floor. The diegetic sound breathing increases in pace and becomes more heavy and deep as the camera tilts up mid way to a low key angle of the person standing in front of them. But the camera tilts up (at a low-key angle) to stop at the persons mid waist but suddenly there’s the loud non diegetic ‘bang’ noise that is heard in the background. The camera quickly whips to the left side. (11 seconds)

Key Scene 12: From an over the shoulder shot, there’s no one seen in the frame as protagonists says in a husky shallow voice ‘Who’s there?’ But the voice of the protagonist sounds very strained. (8 seconds)

Key Scene 13: The camera changes to 3rd person (long shot) as this you can hear the diegetic deep gasping and slight coughing as the protagonist is on the floor on their knees, looking down whilst their right hand is clasped around their throat to show they are struggling to vocalise anything. (7 seconds)

Key Scene 14: The camera goes back to 1st person (the protagonist’s point of view) as the non diegetic sound of humming is heard with ambient sound and the camera tilts up to look at eye level. Again the camera blurs out to in focus once. (6 seconds)

Key Scene 15: Then it cuts to a flashback of the protagonist being injected but the camera is in focus so the protagonist can see clearly the colour of the liquid in the syringe is a bright blue whilst in the background a non diegetic sound of a machine beeping can be heard. But as the protagonist is being injected with the liquid more and more the machine sound increases in pace. But in this frame of the flashback in the centre of the frame, the silhouette of the antagonist can be seen. (12 seconds)

Key Scene 16: The scene cuts back to ‘reality’ with the silhouette of the antagonist from the scene 14 still being in the centre of the frame whilst the non diegetic sound of wind can be heard in the background. The non diegetic humming tune can be heard again as the antagonist approaches the protagonist whilst the pace of the footsteps matches each ‘notes’ of the humming till. The antagonist this till they reaches the protagonist. (6 seconds)

Key Scene 17: The protagonist quickly stand to their feet as the camera is at eye level but as the protagonist stands up, it’s really ‘shaky’ and slanted as the protagonist has difficulties standing but eventually does. (3 seconds)

Key Scene 18: The camera them follows the movement of the antagonist circling round the left side of the protagonist till they’re standing behind the protagonist but they are both facing each other (tracking shot). Whilst there is the faint non diegetic rumbling sound heard in the background. (5 seconds)

Key Scene 19: The camera now in 3rd person; there’s silence and it cuts to a mid shot of the antagonist saying in a faint whisper ‘Sakkaku’ whilst smiling in a ‘disturbing’ way. (3 seconds)

Key Scene 20: Jump cutting to 1st person (the protagonists point of view), the protagonist is blinking so it goes dark for a second to show the protagonist is blinking (once). The diegetic breathing pace matches the pace of blinking (slow). (2 seconds).

Key Scene 21: The protagonist is blinking as ambient sound is heard in the background but after the first blink the antagonist is not in the mid shot. (X4) (6 seconds)

Key Scene 22: But on the 4th blink, there’s silence as in the mid shot the antagonist is holding out a knife in their right hand towards the antagonist. (1.5 second)

End
Key Scene 23: As the antagonists’ head tilts to the right the non-diegetic humming tune plays in the background as the antagonist smiles again, the camera tilt shifts to the right (same direction as the antagonist). (4 seconds)

Key Scene 24: The camera catches a close up of the knife in the right hand of the antagonist, with the figure of the protagonist blurred from the distance, (4seconds). From there, the camera transitions slowly to an over the shoulder shot over the right side of the body.

Key Scene 25: The camera is handheld and turns slanted from behind the shoulder shot of the antagonist, the camera slowly turns straight; camera moves into the protagonist until the frame fits head to toe of the protagonist, captures the protagonist standing with the fists clenched (4seconds). The editing will be fast paced here to make the transition faster. While the camera is slanted and is turning vertical to capture the protagonist, there will be small cuts with flashes referring to the previous shots of the knife, to show the terror and the iconic weapon. The cuts duration would be of 1 second each time, shown 3x.

Key Scene 26: When the camera is restored to the right position of the camera, the camera captures mid shots of the protagonist from the left, centre, right but also exploring with the slanted angle to capture protagonist covering ears to stop hearing the non-diegetic humming which the pitch has risen in this scene. Quick paced cuts will be made for sharper transition of mid-shots (4seconds).

Key Scene 27: A close up of the protagonist’s face of eyes shut as the dizziness and confusion felt, hands pressed closer to ears, fades out the humming sound and white noise fades in yet increases it’s pitch within seconds of start (3seconds).

Key Scene 28: Protagonist reopens eyes; eyes are wide open, which then a close up is still taken (2seconds) POV taken, camera whips pans left and right, the antagonist not seen.

Key Scene 29: With the camera whip pans left and right, antagonist appear and is running towards protagonist from the left and right, yet appear at different times (when the camera turns to certain side) 4seconds.
